Job Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced IT Techno-Functional CRM Specialist to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Power Platform solutions in Qatar. The position requires more than seven years of relevant professional experience, combining technical development capabilities with business analysis, requirements gathering, CRM configuration, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages or Portals. The role also involves developing Dynamics 365 plugins, working with C# and ASP.NET, integrating APIs and REST services, and leveraging Azure services to support business applications.

This position is suited to professionals who can translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions while managing technical implementation and customization. A Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is mandatory, while Microsoft Power Platform certification is preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Build and support Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages or Portals.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins and custom components using C# and the .NET Framework.
• Work with ASP.NET and related technologies to support CRM customization and integration.
• Design and implement API and REST integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Utilize Azure services to support application integration and enterprise CRM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support end-to-end CRM implementation, configuration, testing, and customization activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Contribute to ongoing CRM improvements, application maintenance, and business process automation.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement.
• Practical experience implementing and customizing CRM solutions.
