Job summary

Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role contributes to business performance, maintains operational excellence, and ensures a premium client experience in line with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and service excellence.
• Act as the primary decision-maker in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Drive team accountability to ensure smooth execution and high performance.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance overall performance.
• Drive revenue performance and support achievement of business targets.
• Monitor KPIs, sales, and productivity, taking corrective action where required.
