Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Salesforce professional to own the architecture, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform across operations, sales, support, and marketing. You will design scalable Service Cloud solutions and build APIs for internal systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to implement automation, governance, and robust data security, while mentoring junior admins and developers in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred) certifications.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Proven experience building custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and advanced automation.
• Solid understanding of user management, permission sets, role hierarchies, and data sharing models.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform to support operations, sales, support, and marketing teams.
• Design and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management workflows, automation rules, and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to design solutions that align with both technical and operational goals.
• Build and maintain APIs and external integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Develop and enforce data governance, access control, and user role strategies across the Salesforce instance.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement automation using Flows, and custom Apex triggers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical decisions, customizations, and business logic implemented in Salesforce.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Salesforce admins and developers as needed
