Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a Salesforce Platform Engineer to own the architecture, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce ecosystem across operations, sales, support, and marketing.

You will design scalable Service Cloud solutions, build APIs and integrations with internal systems, and enforce data governance and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Proven experience building custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and advanced automation.
• Understanding of user management, permission sets, roles, and data sharing models.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with Zendesk, Intercom, EvaluAgent, Slack API, or chatbot integrations.
• Experience with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform across ops, sales, support, and marketing.
• Design scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including case management workflows and automation rules.
• Build APIs and integrations between Salesforce and internal systems (chat platforms, CRMs, data platforms).
• Maintain data governance, access control, and user role strategies across the Salesforce instance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Provide mentorship to junior admins and developers.
• Document technical decisions, customizations, and business logic.
