Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead development, testing, integration, deployment, and support of enterprise applications, digital platforms, and eCommerce solutions in Doha.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, QA, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive operational excellence and seamless customer experiences in our global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in IT/commerce roles.
• Experience delivering Retail/eCommerce SaaS integrations.
• Understanding of SDLC and software development practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and technical designs.
• Support digital commerce platforms and ERP/PIM/CMS integrations.
• Assist in UAT and ensure requirements are validated before go-live.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and vendors.
• Monitor production releases and perform root-cause analysis.
