Job summary

Qatar Airways Group in Doha is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to help develop, deliver and manage key digital products built on the Salesforce platform for Cargo. You will work closely with all departments and service delivery units to translate business needs into effective digital solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
• Fluent in English language, both written and spoken and well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of enterprise digital products and the resulting impacts on system and procedural requirements with regards to Customer Experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities – prior development experience on Salesforce is desirable
• Proven skills for business analysis and testing in a digital environment
• Experience in overall Project Management engagements especially in relation to system transition along with testing and implementation, application support.
• Possesses solid skills in creating reports, presentations, training, that communicate and track the progress of Customer Experience projects to Management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition and implementation of Salesforce cargo modules.
• Assist in documenting requirements workshops and user stories.
• Collaborate with product team through all delivery phases – requirements, design, go-live, adoption and support.
• Develop solutions in Salesforce through configuration where necessary.
• Document User Acceptance Testing scenarios and assist in test case execution.
• Support post go-live and execute change management strategies for the developed solution.
