Job summary

Abaad Real Estate Services is seeking a Sales & Leasing Team Lead in Qatar to drive revenue, manage a high-performance team and oversee the end-to-end sales and leasing cycle. You will lead strategy, develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include target setting, performance reviews, and supervision of agents, with emphasis on high-value transactions and robust CRM reporting for pipeline control.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of real estate sales/leasing experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Proven track record in sales, leasing and business development.
• Strong negotiation, closing and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Leasing team and ensure achievement of targets.
• Manage the full sales and leasing cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Monitor activity, CRM discipline and performance; coach agents.
