Job summary

PIEC in Doha is seeking a Sales Manager (Service and modernization) to lead maintenance sales and modernization project sales, overseeing operations across the market with a focus on renewals and contract management.

You will interact with consultants and contractors, generate enquiries, prepare offers, negotiate terms, manage CRM, and report weekly forecasts; must build strong client relationships and promote company solutions.

Job description

Job Responsibilities: Perform hands-on work across all assigned duties to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

Maintenance Sales: Sell Annual Maintenance Contract of the Products already sold by Company AND/OR other Various Suppliers (3rd party) in the Market. Perform Primarily Inspection for the Equipment, Estimate the Price, prepare the Contract Terms, Submit Contract and Negotiate Terms and Price and get the Contract Signed in an appropriate manner and company policy. Make Sure that 100% renewal of all existing Contracts of the Company are attained always. Monitor Contracts and renew them prior to the Expiry. Work to attain 100% inclusion of all projects, where Company Products are installed, into Company's Maintenance Portfolio. Prepare and submit all internal Reports as required and follow up the status regularly. Timely collection of all due payments and promoting company's Good Name are also essential.

Modernization Project Sales: Generate Enquires, Review Specifications, Select Suitable Solution , discuss with Technical Team, Maintenance manager, Send Enquires to Supplier, Review Quoted Price and Specifications, Negotiate with Supplier for best price, and right specification, prepare estimation sheet , get the selling price from customer , including all local expenses accurately (by getting local quotes as necessary), prepare and submit technical & commercial offer including specification comparison, terms and conditions, possible delivery lead time, communicate with the client/contractor/consultant or any other reliable source to get the target price, and shortcomings of company offer, explore and suggest possible ways to overcome the price difference and shortcomings and resubmit the offer in a timely manner, satisfying contract deliverables and collection of due amounts for contracted project.

Interact with consultant and contractor and make good rapport to get support in selecting company solutions for their projects, organize and conduct seminars to promote company's products, liaise with consultants and make sure that company products are included in the vendor's list of each project, meet targets set by the company time to time, prepare and submit all internal reports as required and follow up the status regularly.

General Sales Responsibilities:

• Managing Maintenance Sales Department.
• Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility
• Ensures customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the PIEC team
• Document and maintain the customer and contact information in PIEC CRM System.
• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales target/ budget in line with pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside current customer base.
• Responsible for increase the company portfolio by visiting new areas and new clients.
• Achieve and exceed (Contracts & Modernization) sales targets set by the company, driving growth and profitability.
• Accountable for finding customer needs and propose solution matching with those needs
• Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering/pricing tools
• Validate that the contents of the contract and the order received from the customer are in line with the final offer and negotiation process outcome.
• Maintain full information of tenders, opportunities, tasks and visits, while keeping PIEC CRM up to date
• Generates opportunities from outside current customer base
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM
• Weekly/Monthly reporting and forecasting
• Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up
• Develops PIEC service business market share, renewal rate, and position in your customer base and increase the 3rd party company portfolio as per target
• Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalize on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts

As Sales Manager (Service and modernization), you will report to the Manager-Maintenance Services.
