Job summary

PPL Dynamics is seeking a Service Operations leader to oversee maintenance services for elevators. You will guide the technical team, manage spare parts, troubleshoot electronic and software issues, and coordinate site activities for multiple brands.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and achieving service targets while driving profitable contract operations through strong stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Manager-Maintenance Services & Sales.
• Manage the technical team, identify spare parts, troubleshoot and repair all brands of elevators.
• Address day-to-day administrative matters pertaining to Maintenance Works, including breakdown attendance, on site.
• Oversee safety requirements, submit reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality and safety procedures.
• Direct supervision of maintenance, call outs and repair activity, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive profitable service operations in collaboration with customers and peers to achieve targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Manager-Maintenance Services & Sales. Shall be responsible for the service operations, which shall include but not be limited to managing the technical team, identifying spare parts, troubleshooting and repairing of all brands of elevators, and addressing day-to-day administrative matters pertaining to Maintenance Works, including Breakdown attendance, at site.

You will be responsible for looking after the technical requirements of all products the Company is maintaining AND/OR intends to maintain, finding solutions for all technical problems, including software issues, modernization of old equipment, and providing specific job and product training to the staff to upgrade their capabilities, etc. are few specifics included in the responsibilities.

Shall be responsible for overseeing the safety requirements at the site, submitting reports, monitoring and meeting KPIs, quality, approvals ensuring and overseeing safety procedures, conducting internal meetings, attending technical meetings etc. are some of the administrative responsibilities involved in such offer preparing. Ensuring maximum Customer Satisfaction, Improving Quality of Service, Reducing Cost, increasing Revenue, Meeting Targets, Establishing Safe Working Culture, etc. are part of the responsibilities.

You will be responsible for the profitable operation of all contracts. This includes the direct supervision of all related maintenance, call Outs and repair activity, and technicians, as well as accomplishing goals for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
