Job summary

MENA Consultant is seeking a technically strong Sales Engineer to drive growth in the Oil & Gas sector in Qatar. The role combines engineering insight with commercial execution to manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity development to technical support and closing orders.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of sector experience, a mechanical engineering background, and the ability to build relationships with major customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial products.
• Experience selling or supporting Power Transmission products.
• Experience preparing technical submittals, datasheets, and quotations.
• Experience managing accounts and sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.

The role focuses on promoting and selling power transmission solutions (ex: gearboxes, couplings, and other rotating equipment), by combining engineering expertise with commercial execution. The Sales Engineer will manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity development to technical support and order closure.

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience within the Oil & Gas sector
• Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions
• Proven experience selling or supporting Power Transmission products (gearboxes, couplings, and other rotating equipment)
• Experience preparing technical submittals, datasheets, and quotations
