Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate champion of customer service standards according to Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and enable an exceptional experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to the store manager when necessary.
• Achieve set sales targets and explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss.
• Use advanced selling skills to support customers and build repeat business.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when not available instore.
