The role requires a high school qualification, 1-2 years in retail, and strong communication with a diverse customer base. You will contribute to meeting weekly targets and sustaining a premium in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression for customers through energetic demeanor and adherence to the dress code.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a sincere and warm welcome.
• Provide customers with current and relevant information about products.
• Deliver quality service in the fitting rooms and follow up with customers.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and manage cash wrap operations.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness and participate in meetings.
• Comply with company policies and demonstrate teamwork.
