To support process safety, asset integrity, and SECE assurance activities through performance monitoring, KPI reporting, action tracking, and management reporting to ensure safe and reliable upstream operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and report on Asset Integrity Management activities and performance.
- Monitor Process Safety performance and prepare KPI reports.
- Coordinate assurance activities for Safety and Environmental Critical Elements (SECE).
- Track and follow up closure of action items from audits, assessments, and incident investigations.
- Prepare management reports and performance updates for.
- Develop technical presentations, dashboards, and periodic safety performance reports.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of safety and integrity-related actions.
- Support continuous improvement of process safety and asset integrity performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Safety, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certification in Safety/Process Safety or Asset Integrity is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, preferably in upstream operations.
- Proven experience in process safety, asset integrity, SECE assurance, and safety performance monitoring.
- Experience working with major operators and/or Oil & Gas operating assets is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management and Asset Integrity Management.
- Understanding of SECE assurance and performance standards.
- Experience with safety KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to track, coordinate, and close audit, assessment, and incident-investigation actions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting/dashboard tools.
- Strong technical report and presentation-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with management, operational teams, and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
