Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of design/consulting experience and 7+ years in process safety within oil & gas/petrochemical sectors.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent recognized safety course.
• Diploma in Safety Administration or risk monitoring.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Conduct field assessments and risk evaluations; prepare proposals.
• Experience with global process safety and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and supervise the Safety Management System for refinery safety and related tasks on existing plants, facilities, and new projects.
• Participate in design reviews of new facilities or upgrades and advise on process-safety concerns, including risk analyses and root-cause investigations; develop preventive actions.
