Job summary

TXM Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager for Consultative Sales to drive pre-sales activities and project execution for rugged computing solutions in the Doha, Qatar and UAE region. You will engage with customers to identify application areas, run trials, and coordinate with finance and procurement to close deals.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Communications or related discipline.
• MBA with Marketing preferred but not essential.
• Languages: English; Arabic knowledge strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years.
• Sound knowledge of computer hardware theory and basic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of operating systems and system software.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of communications and data networking.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
• Certifications are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify application areas for rugged computers within the key account list.
• Work with focus account stakeholders to run trials and establish viability of rugged computers.
• Engage with client finance to establish long-term lower Cost of Ownership and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement for budgets, quotes, negotiations and closing deals.
• Prepare tender technical and commercial compliances and submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Product installation, training and demonstration for GRN and acceptance.
• Follow up with commercial to complete financial documents and payment deadlines.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports and other reports for superiors.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for technical requirements.
