Job summary

NES Fircroft in Qatar is seeking a Risk & Lessons Learned Manager to support the Project Manager and project team in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring all risk management activities across engineering and construction projects.

You will develop and maintain the Risk Management Plan, Risk Register, and Lessons Learned Register, facilitate workshops, chair risk reviews, and ensure timely closure of mitigation actions, reporting to Interface Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven project risk management experience.
• Experience with HAZID/HAZOP workshops and lessons learned sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management activities across project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain Risk Management Plan, Risk Register, and Lessons Learned Register.
• Facilitate risk workshops and lessons learned sessions with stakeholders.
• Chair risk review meetings and track mitigation actions and outcomes.
• Coordinate with interfaces and prepare risk reports for management.
