Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a Performance Analyst Associate for retail media to translate campaign metrics into actionable ROI insights. You’ll automate reports, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate attribution and drive revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities include monitoring real-time campaigns, supporting ad launches, and presenting performance stories to leadership. A strong data, marketing, or e-commerce background is required.

• Ability to build automated reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication and storytelling to non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen to connect data metrics to revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Post-Campaign Performance Analysis: Translate raw ad metrics into clear ROI reports for brands, merchants, and leadership.
• Reporting Automation & Dashboarding: Build, scale, and maintain automated dashboards and templates to avoid manual data pulls.
• Commercial Support & Insight Selling: Partner with account teams to present performance stories and identify upsell opportunities.
• Data Integrity & Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Data Science and AdOps to ensure attribution integrity and clean data logic.
• Real-Time Campaign Optimization: Monitor real-time campaign execution to optimize floor prices, CTR, and conversions.
• Ads Implementation Support: Provide hands-on technical support for campaign launches.
