Qatar Living® seeks a highly analytical Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue across its digital ecosystem. You will use structured experimentation, data analysis, and behavioral marketing to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable commercial results.

The role involves planning and optimizing across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more, with a focus on reducing CPA and boosting ROAS through data-informed decisions and audience insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets with measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of digital ad auction systems and optimization mechanics.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Experience in marketplace, classified platforms, or e-commerce environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, CPA) and optimize for cost efficiency and performance.
• Improve Quality Score, Ad Relevance Score, and engagement metrics.
• Continuously reduce CPA and increase ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data and user behavior using analytics tools and report KPIs.
• Build structured A/B testing frameworks for creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
• Interpret performance insights and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
• Apply behavioral psychology principles into campaigns.
• Segment audiences based on behavior and intent.
• Optimize conversion funnels to improve journey and retention.
• Identify friction points and implement conversions improvements.
• Drive acquisition and engagement across Qatar Living verticals.
• Develop retargeting and lookalike strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to maximize advertiser performance.
• Implement SEO and digital optimization basics.
