Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is looking for a Business Performance Analyst Specialist to drive real-time performance monitoring and enable data-driven decisions by diagnosing issues and supporting corrective actions across Snoonu’s verticals.

You will partner with analytics, ops, and strategy teams to define KPIs, monitor markets, and track initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring the business stays ahead in a fast-moving marketplace.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in marketplace, logistics, or Super App environments and understanding of commercial business.

Responsibilities

• Define and track key business KPIs and targets.
• Monitor performance across verticals and markets.
• Identify drivers of performance deviations and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Partner with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support budgeting process.
• Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes.
