Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is looking for a Retail Media Performance Analyst to bridge ad delivery, data science, and commercial strategy, ensuring transparent ROAS tracking and actionable insights.

You will build automated dashboards, translate raw metrics into ROI reports for brands and internal leadership, and collaborate with Data Science and AdOps to uphold data integrity and drive upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail media performance.
• Proficiency in building automated reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, impressions, CTR, attribution models, and performance metrics.
• Ability to spot upsell opportunities by linking data to revenue goals.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Post-Campaign Performance Analysis: translate metrics into ROI reports for brands and leadership.
• Reporting Automation & Dashboarding: build and maintain automated dashboards and report templates.
• Commercial Support & Insight Selling: partner with teams to present performance stories and identify upsell opportunities.
• Data Integrity & Cross-Team Collaboration: ensure attribution integrity and resolve discrepancies between tracking systems.
• Real-Time Campaign Optimization: monitor campaigns to optimize floor prices, CTR, and conversions.
• Ads Implementation Support: provide hands-on support for campaign launches.
