Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support process improvement initiatives across retail banking operations in Doha, Qatar. You will map current- and future-state processes, develop business requirements, and coordinate UAT and implementation activities with Retail Operations to drive re-engineering initiatives.

The role requires strong process mapping, requirements elicitation, and governance, with a focus on auditability and sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
• Relevant experience in banking process improvement, business analysis, transformation, operations, or project delivery, preferably within Retail Banking.
• Demonstrated capability in process mapping, root‑cause analysis, requirements elicitation, UAT, and change implementation.
• Understanding of retail banking operations, customer service workflows, operational controls, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience preparing enhancement proposals, business requirements, and supporting justifications.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and risk-related enhancement actions.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, design, and delivery of process improvement initiatives across retail banking operations.
• Assess enhancement requests, map current- and future-state processes, and develop business requirements.
• Coordinate UAT and implementation activities with Retail Operations.
• Drive process re-engineering initiatives with governance, documentation, and traceability.
