Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support process improvement initiatives across retail banking operations in Doha, Qatar. You will map current- and future-state processes, develop business requirements, and coordinate UAT and implementation activities with Retail Operations to drive re-engineering initiatives.

The role requires strong process mapping, requirements elicitation, and governance, with a focus on auditability and sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
• Relevant experience in banking process improvement, business analysis, transformation, operations, or project delivery, preferably within Retail Banking.
• Demonstrated capability in process mapping, root‑cause analysis, requirements elicitation, UAT, and change implementation.
• Understanding of retail banking operations, customer service workflows, operational controls, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience preparing enhancement proposals, business requirements, and supporting justifications.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and risk-related enhancement actions.

About the role

The role will be responsible for assessing enhancement requests, mapping current- and future-state processes, developing business requirements, and coordinating UAT and implementation activities. Working closely with Retail Operations the Business Analyst will drive process re‑engineering initiatives while maintaining the documentation, traceability, and governance required for auditability and sustainable change.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
• Relevant experience in banking process improvement, business analysis, transformation, operations, or project delivery, preferably within Retail Banking.
• Demonstrated capability in process mapping, root‑cause analysis, requirements elicitation, UAT, and change implementation.

• Skilled in preparing UAT plans, test scripts, and coordinate defect logging, retesting, and sign‑off.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain action logs, dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery status.
• Ability to provide concise management reporting and escalate blockers promptly.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation, traceability, and governance requirements.
• Adept at monitoring post‑implementation adoption, turnaround time, control effectiveness, and benefits realization, and recommend corrective actions.
