Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

• Budget awareness and cost control familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FOH and BOH staff are aligned with the day’s requirements.
• Conduct staff training before opening and as needed to sustain service quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during pre-opening to achieve a timely launch with prepared staffing, training, stocking, menu, budgets and marketing.
