BlueHorizon in Lusail, Qatar, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, control inventory, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Malayalee candidates are preferred; you will lead service standards, train employees, manage scheduling, uphold health and safety regulations, and strive to increase revenue while maintaining a welcoming team culture.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Malayalam language proficiency preferred.
