Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Malayalam language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
