Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will oversee all restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure high service standards, and maintain food quality.

Requirements include 5+ years in a fast-paced restaurant setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field. Salary is 1700$ per month tax-free with visa and ticket allowance; accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in managing financials and budgeting and knowledge of health codes

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards to comply with health codes.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply levels.
