The ideal candidate has proven restaurant management experience, fluent English (Arabic a plus), strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid knowledge of health and safety regulations. Flexible hours including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
