Job summary

SnapReach Media is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Al-Khor, Qatar location. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, staff training, customer service excellence, inventory control, and financial management.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in the restaurant industry with managerial experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of Indian cuisine. Visa sponsorship and health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture.
• Ability to manage a multicultural team.
• Proven track record in increasing sales and managing expenses.
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
