Job summary

Ecojob seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine establishment in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will oversee daily operations, from staff management to food preparation, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a restaurant management role, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Indian dishes. This contract position includes accommodation and requires visa eligibility and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional dishes and cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer systems for inventory management, scheduling, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
