Qualifications

Restaurant Manager
Our busy and popular restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as Restaurant Manager. As a successful candidate, you will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction
• Hire, train and manage staff members, including waitstaff, cooks, and other employees
• Create and maintain schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is preferred)
