Job summary
Evoltec Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Partner to promote and sell its AI-powered Real Estate ERP solutions across the GCC. This is a commission-based role with remote/hybrid work options, designed for professionals who can generate high-value software sales.
You will identify real estate clients, develop relationships with developers and property managers, demonstrate the product, and close deals through strong negotiation and a robust network.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or software sales.
- Experience selling ERP, SaaS, Prop Tech, CRM, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong network within the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients within the real estate sector.
- Develop relationships with developers, property management companies, facility management companies, real estate investors, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and arrange product demonstrations.
- Present the value of Evoltec's AI-powered Real Estate ERP solutions.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and support contract closures.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
