Job summary

FGREALTY Dubai is expanding and seeking driven Sales Consultants to join our brokerage. You will generate and manage your own pipeline of buyer leads, qualify buyers, and match them to off-plan or secondary market properties, focusing on Qatar/GCC investors and international clients.

Based in Dubai, you will represent the company at events, build a personal brand through social channels, and work within a commission-based income structure.

Qualifications

• Valid RERA broker card or in progress to obtain one before brokerage activity.
• Existing buyer network or client base, even if small.
• Experience in real estate or relationship-driven fields.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-based income structure.
• Strong communication skills and CRM-based lead management.
• Based in Dubai and available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage your own pipeline of buyer leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, social media, and CRM leads.
• Qualify buyers, understand budgets, and match to off-plan or secondary market properties.
• Represent FGREALTY at networking events, developer launches, and industry exhibitions.
• Post market and property content on personal and company social channels to build a personal brand.
• Maintain transparency and accuracy in all client and developer dealings.
