Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a full-time IT Support Engineer to provide remote and on-site technical assistance to MOJ users across 20 locations. You will troubleshoot Windows, Office, email clients, and other software, and ensure prompt resolution of tickets.

You will install and configure PCs, printers, and peripherals; diagnose hardware, software, network, and server issues; manage inventory and follow ITIL practices to deliver VIP support and accurate service reports.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365, and CCNA certifications.
Minimum 4 years of relevant desktop hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
Strong Windows support and network troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support to MOJ users across 20 locations.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email clients, and other software.
Install and configure PCs, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and server-related issues.
Manage IT hardware and software inventory, updates, patches, and antivirus.
Handle help desk tickets, provide VIP support, and prepare service reports.
Follow ITIL policies and procedures for end-user support.
