Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager (China & Global Markets) to lead end-to-end sourcing of machinery, equipment, and structural components. The role emphasizes building reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring quality across global markets.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in sourcing/procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience sourcing machinery, equipment, or structural components from China and other international markets.
• Strong supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers across China and other global markets.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities from supplier identification and purchase orders through final delivery.
• Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Ensure sourced machinery, equipment, and structural components meet required quality and technical specifications.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, alternate vendors, and process improvements.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, technologies, and sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality, and commercial terms.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to international sourcing, logistics, quality, and supply disruptions.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, sourcing documentation, contracts, and performance reports.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sourcing activities, supplier performance, costs, and savings.
