Job summary

WeConsulting seeks an experienced Manager of Governance, Risk & Compliance to lead engagements, manage client relations, and drive business development across the GCC. You will oversee project delivery, mentor teams, and contribute to shaping the firm’s growth trajectory in the region.

The role requires strong GRC expertise, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and a proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance advisory or related practice.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead GRC consulting engagements from scope to delivery and closure.
Develop and maintain strategic client relationships; identify upsell opportunities.
Drive business development initiatives to expand in the GCC.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate performance of consulting staff.
Ensure quality delivery including internal audit, compliance frameworks, risk assessments, ESG advisory, IT assurance, and cyber security reviews.
