Job summary

QatarYello is seeking an experienced Regional HR Leader to shape and execute HR strategy across markets. You will guide leadership on workforce planning, organisational design and change management, while leading talent acquisition and succession planning efforts.

The role requires a Saudi national with a strong track record in retail HR, exceptional communication skills and a drive to deliver tangible impact and transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Saudi National
• Relevant Degree in Human Resources, MBA, CIPD
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with proven track record in line management
• Retail Industry experience (luxury ideal)
• Dynamic, strong communicator

Responsibilities

• Develop regional HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning and organisational design.
• Implement recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employer branding.
• Drive performance systems, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Design competitive pay structures and manage payroll and benefits.
• Ensure adherence to GCC labour laws and HR policies; manage employee relations.
• Promote corporate culture, lead DEI initiatives and change strategies.
• Implement HRIS, dashboards and automation; leverage data for decision-making.
• Develop CSR programs, wellbeing initiatives; align HR with ESG.
• Create HR contingency plans and ensure business continuity

Key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute regional HR strategy aligned with business goals; advise leadership on workforce planning and organisational design.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Implement recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employer branding initiatives.
• Performance Management & Engagement: Drive performance systems, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
• Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay structures, manage payroll, and introduce innovative benefits.
• Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to GCC labour laws, manage HR policies, and handle employee relations.

• HR Technology & Analytics: Implement HRIS, dashboards, and automation; leverage data for decision-making.
