Job summary

Levante Holding in Qatar is seeking a Leasing Executive to manage real estate leasing activities, generate leads, conduct property viewings, and negotiate with tenants to meet targets.

You will maintain an updated property database, coordinate with management and admin teams, renew leases, and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients; knowledge of Qatar market is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leasing/real estate experience in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar rental market.
• Proven ability to achieve leasing/sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationships and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/property management systems.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professionally presented.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leasing leads through property portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Identify prospective tenants and understand their property requirements and budget.
• Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information.
• Negotiate rental rates, terms, and conditions within company guidelines.
• Manage the leasing process from initial enquiry through agreement signing and handover.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective tenants and convert leads into successful leases.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties, leads, and leasing activities.
• Coordinate with property management, administration, finance, and maintenance teams for smooth tenant onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and work towards improving tenant retention.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Monitor Qatar rental market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
