Qualifications

• Local Mobility: A valid Qatar Driving License and access to your own car (strongly preferred for client viewings).
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with regional property databases and real-time CRM tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development through clients, listings, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Deliver strategic advisory with localized market research and tailored client engagement plans for Qatar.

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-level transaction management and strategic consulting across both residential and commercial property investments. You will serve as a key advisor to individual buyers, and institutional investors, ensuring optimal asset performance and regulatory compliance. You will represent clients in the buying, selling, providing deep market expertise, negotiating skilfully on their behalf, and ensuring all transactions strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations. By combining active prospecting with meticulous operational execution, you will represent and elevate the Quorum Real Estate Advisors brand presence across the region

Key Responsibilities & Operational Methodologie

• Drive Business Development: Proactively hunt for clients, listings, and cross-selling/referral opportunities across the wider Quorum business lines
• Deliver Strategic Advisory: Supply the Sales Manager with localized market research, competitor trends, and tailored client engagement plans for Qatar
• Market Intelligence: Keep thoroughly up to date with ongoing real estate market trends, property pricing indexes, and regional competitor activity
• Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with wider residential/commercial teams, share market intelligence in meetings, and assist with pitches or client presentations
• CRM & Compliance Discipline: Maintain real-time records within the company CRM and execute strict Customer Due Diligence (CDD) workflows in compliance with all regulations.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience as a licensed real estate broker in Qatar. License will be transferred/re-issued under Quorum Real Estate
• Local Mobility: A valid Qatar Driving License and access to your own car (strongly preferred for client viewings and field appraisals)
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with regional property databases, and real-time CRM tracking tools.
