Qualifications

• 3–5 years of real estate experience preferred.
• English proficiency: Basic.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by proactively hunting for clients, listings, and cross-selling/referral opportunities.
• Deliver strategic advisory and supply localized market research, competitor trends, and tailored client engagement plans.
• Monitor real estate market trends, property pricing indexes, and regional competitor activity.
• Collaborate with residential and commercial teams, assist with pitches, and share market intelligence.
• Maintain real-time records in the company CRM and execute strict Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and regulatory compliance workflows.
