Job summary

Lancogroupjobs urgently seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support infrastructure and road projects in Al Rayyan, Qatar. Immediate start with duration of 2 months, extendable.

Applicants must have Ashghal approval and 7–10 years of relevant experience, plus BOQ preparation and the ability to read and interpret project drawings. Proficiency in QS software is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience required.
• Mandatory Ashghal approval and Ashghal project experience.
• Experience in infrastructure and road projects.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings and project documents.
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying and engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and project documents.
• Prepare, review, and verify quantities and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support the project team with quantity-related requirements, variations, and revisions.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Construction teams as required.
