Job summary

Lanco Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a 2-month engagement in Al Rayyan, Qatar, with immediate start. The role requires extensive experience in infrastructure and road projects, Asghal approvals, and strong BOQ expertise.

You will support measurements, cost control, and documentation for the project team. Ideal candidates hold a Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering degree and demonstrate proficiency in relevant QS software, with the ability to read drawings and interpret project

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ashghal approval and relevant Ashghal project experience are mandatory.
• Experience in quantity take-off, measurement, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings and project documents.
• Infrastructure and road projects experience.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and project documents.
• Prepare, review, and verify quantities and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support the project team with quantity-related requirements, variations, and revisions.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Construction teams as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in infrastructure and road projects *
• Ashghal * approval and relevant Ashghal project experience are mandatory.

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering *.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, measurements, and project documentation
