Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a quality/service-management support professional in Qatar to conduct audits, verify data against ITSM systems, and track corrective actions. You will help maintain the known-error database and ensure audit trails meet regulatory and security requirements.

• ISO/IEC 20000 Internal Auditor certification.
• ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification.
• ITIL Foundation.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality or service-management support.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good documentation and audit-record management skills.
• Understanding of ITSM and quality-management processes.
• Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security requirements.
