Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a QC Inspector – Piping (CSWIP 3.1) for Ras Laffan, Qatar, on a 3-month extendable contract. You will oversee piping fabrication, installation, and testing with a strong emphasis on QA/QC on Oil & Gas projects.

The role requires CSWIP 3.1 certification and at least 5 years of piping experience, with a solid understanding of welding inspection and relevant standards. Coordination with site teams and client representatives is essential.

Qualifications

CSWIP 3.1 Certification required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas piping projects.
Strong knowledge of piping standards and welding inspection.

Responsibilities

Inspect piping fabrication, erection and installation works.
Review WPS, PQR, ITPs and method statements.
Monitor welding, fit-up, alignment and hydro testing.
Verify compliance with project specifications and codes.
Prepare inspection reports and support audits.
Coordinate with site, QA/QC and client teams.
