Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha seeks an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments, supporting construction and commissioning activities on oil & gas projects.

You will diagnose faults, perform scheduled maintenance, and ensure instruments meet QA/QC standards while adhering to HSE guidelines. A Diploma/Bachelor’s in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering is required, with 5–8 years in instrumentation work.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in instrumentation works (oil & gas preferred).
Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and calibration procedures.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, control valves).
Support loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults in instrumentation and control systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure reliability and accuracy of instruments.
Ensure work is executed in line with ISO, IEC, and project QA/QC standards.
Maintain calibration records, test reports, and maintenance logs.
Work with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to meet project timelines.
Follow HSE guidelines during installation and maintenance activities.
