Job summary

Senna is seeking a senior Enterprise Risk professional based in Doha, Qatar, to support a financial institution client in strengthening governance, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with business stakeholders to implement enterprise and operational risk frameworks, monitor events, maintain risk registers, and prepare reports for senior management, while promoting a strong risk culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in Operational or Enterprise Risk.
• Demonstrated experience in governance, controls, and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of enterprise and operational risk frameworks.
• Facilitate Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs).
• Monitor operational risk events and maintain risk registers.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and governance committees.
• Assist with business continuity and resilience initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and recommend improvements.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, and control documentation.
• Work with business units to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Promote a strong risk culture across the organisation.
