Job summary

Gender is seeking a seasoned risk professional to support the implementation of enterprise and operational risk frameworks in our Doha-based team. You will facilitate RCSAs, monitor risk events, and maintain risk registers while preparing concise reports for senior management.

You will also assist with business continuity, track regulatory requirements, and help enhance policies and controls across the organisation. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or similar.
• 5+ years' experience within Operational or Enterprise Risk.
• Experience with governance, controls and risk reporting.
• Knowledge of RCSA methodology.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of enterprise and operational risk frameworks.
• Facilitate Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs).
• Monitor operational risk events and maintain risk registers.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and governance committees.
• Assist with business continuity and resilience initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and recommend improvements.
• Develop and review policies, procedures and control documentation.
• Work with business units to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Promote a strong risk culture across the organisation.
