Job Responsibilities:

• Operate ground support equipment such as baggage tractors, tugs, forklifts, high-loaders, and conveyor belts
• Ensure proper and safe handling of baggage, cargo, and mail during loading and unloading
• Position equipment accurately and securely next to aircraft and facilities
• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on assigned equipment
• Report any defects or mechanical issues to the maintenance team immediately
• Follow all safety and security regulations and company operational procedures
• Assist ramp agents and other ground staff as required
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the assigned equipment
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned operational tasks
• Participate in periodic training and certification updates for equipment handling

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Qatari driving license (preferably heavy vehicle license)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating airport ground support equipment or similar machinery
• Basic understanding of airport operations and safety protocols
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Good communication skills and a teamwork attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
