Key Responsibilities

• Resolve operational issues related to baggage handling systems, PLC, ground power units, and preconditioned air units
• Identify operational risks or deficiencies and *escalate with effective corrective solutions
• Provide operational guidance in line with approved BHS and HBSS provider guidelines
• Ensure safe and compliant operation of all baggage handling equipment and systems
• Oversee safe use of passenger loading bridges, ground power units, and preconditioned air units
• Support continuous operations within a 24-7 baggage handling control room environment
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to maintain service continuity

Ideal Profile

• Vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline, fresh graduates may apply
• Experience in testing and commissioning or operations and maintenance of baggage handling systemsPrior exposure to baggage handling operations in a similar sized airport environment
• Experience working in a continuous shift-based operational setting
• Strong problem-solving and operational coordination skills
