talabat, a leading on-demand food and Q-commerce app, seeks a Director for Special Projects & Performance in Qatar. You will own the market P&L, drive strategic and special projects, and act as MD's right hand to accelerate growth and profitability in Qatar.

You will lead business performance deep dives, build reports, and guide cross-functional teams while advancing AI and automation initiatives in-market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading P&L and strategic initiatives in a senior role.
• Strong financial modelling and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and MD.

Responsibilities

• Own the Qatar P&L end‑to‑end, from budgeting to variance analysis and corrective actions.
• Partner with regional teams to develop budgets and BE cycles.
• Lead strategic projects and AI initiatives to drive productivity and growth.
• Provide data-driven insights for leadership and board reviews.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing Qatar team.
