Job summary

AimGulf in Qatar is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage AR operations, invoicing, and payments using SAP. You will contribute to accurate financial records and close processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The role requires 5+ years in AR, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and fluency in English. You will coordinate with operations and clients to resolve billing issues and support month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of AR experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience mandatory.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AR activities including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Record and allocate customer receipts in SAP.
• Monitor AR ageing and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare AR ageing reports for management.
• Support month-end and year-end close with AR reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and clients to resolve billing issues.
• Assist auditors with AR documentation.
